5 Tips for Sellers

1. LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON

Buyers take just less than a minute to decide if the house is the right one for them. Opening the door to a welcoming and bright room impacts the buyers emotions.

2. AC CHECK

Especially on a hot summer day that air conditioner would make a big impact for the buyers to be willing to make an offer.

3. CLEAN & DECLUTTER

The cleaning process is a constant one but is worthy to keep your house free of cooking smells (unless its fresh baking ), avoid wet towels in the bathroom, and lingering pet odors. Remember that these little details can turn off a buyer.

4. TONE DOWN YOUR KIDS ROOM

Even if the decoration on the room was made by a professional remember that the buyer wants to picture himself in that house. Also if the buyer is Disney or baseball fan this can definitely make a point on the capacity of making a decision on that house.

5. MAKE THE HOUSE SAFE

You are not going to believe this but you can be sued if someone is injured while touring your house. Also make sure that you check and remove any safety hazard like tripping rugs or loose electrical cords, wet floors or unfinished construction areas.
